Born in a family where everyone has always worked in alabaster, Daniele Boldrini has breathed for years the artisan shop´s atmosphere. After studying accounting, he escaped the 9 to 5 job and embraced the artisan´s life learning the basics of alabaster workmanship from the very skillful volterran craftsmen. Versatile and curious, he also learned to work semi-precious stones and molding using terracotta as the negative for the reproduction of objects in other material. But his love remains figurative art, which he shows in sculptures dedicated to animals and nature, in his shop near the Guarnacci Museum.
